The mission of the Chatham County Magistrate Clerk’s office is to carry out the mandates as the official custodian of all records for the Magistrate Court of Chatham County with precision to ensure efficiency and effectiveness for both the citizens and the judiciary. Our goal is to provide the citizens of Chatham County with accurate, current information on all matters pertaining to the Magistrate Court.
